The Team
CEO and President - Andy
Nimbus Games was founded at the end of 2009 by Andy Hieke, a consummate professional and game industry veteran. Andy founded Terminal Software, Binary Design and held senior executive positions at Microprose, Nintendo Software Technology, Atari/Humongous Entertainment and iWin.
Technical Director - Brad
Twenty plus years of experience in programming, R & D problem solving and crafting award winning games, Brad has 'been around the technical block' a few times. His tenure at Lucas Arts, SillyBytes, Humongous Entertainment, iWin and his own consulting company has placed him firmly as the technical expert in the room.
Operations - Bill
Bill has over 20 years of operational experience, covering every significant phase in starting and running a successful business with a deep skill set in the latest technologies and the connected business, engineering, and technical areas. His expertise in emerging internet and entertainment business models includes social networks, user-generated content, and interactive entertainment.
Art Director - Jeff
Jeff is another veteran professional and as a fine artist has had his work featured in numerous galleries across California and also major Tokyo exhibitions. Jeff also worked as a production artist at Colossal Pictures and put his cinematography and animation expertise into hits like Fern Gully 2 and Little Mermaid. Additionally Jeff worked as a commercial illustrator, graphic designer and computer artist for Doubleday and Harper Collins.
